The Public Works Capital Project Engineer reports to the City Engineer and performs intermediate to advanced professional level project management work on complex, multifaceted projects from inception to completion including the management and coordination of projects that have city-wide impact and requires a global, strategic understanding of city agencies and city policies, standards, and systems
Requires a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
Five to seven years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, with three years of professional construction project management experience.
P.E. Certification preferred
