William A. Kibbe & Associates is seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer who will support the development, design, and construction of facility-related projects from conception through construction. The candidate should be highly motivated, possess good communication skills, and feel comfortable taking a leadership role as part of a project team. Key responsibilities include project scope development and cost estimates, design, review of detailed design drawings, writing construction specifications, and assembling/issuing construction document packages. Projects will include design of commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities.
