We have an opening for a Traffic Engineer in our Portland, OR, or Vancouver, WA offices. Applicants shall have a Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering or a related field, and 8-10+ years of relevant experience in traffic engineering and transportation planning. The range of work integrates design and develops projects from conceptual planning to analyses and through to approvals of design and construction.  This position will have involvement in a wide variety of project types, including impact analysis, transportation modeling, and area/corridor conceptual planning. Proficiency with Synchro/SimTraffic and HCS software is required, as is familiarity with the Highway Capacity Manual, AASHTO and MUTCD. Knowledge of Autocad, SIDRA and PTV software studio is a plus.
