The Montgomery County Engineer’s Office in Dayton, Ohio, is seeking a Senior Traffic Engineer to manage and lead the County Engineer’s Office Traffic Department under the direction of the County Engineer.  This position ensures compliance with applicable state and federal laws, standards, and guidelines.  Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment are required.  $7,500 signing bonus.  Specific job duties include the following: Provide technical expertise in the planning, design, and maintenance of County traffic signals, signs, and pavement markings Prepare and review traffic studies to determine appropriate treatments and traffic control to resolve safety and congestion issues
