The Quonset Development Corporation (QDC) develops and manages the Quonset Business Park (QPB), a statewide asset, in the best interest of the citizens of Rhode Island to attract and retain successful businesses that provide diverse employment opportunities. The QPB is home to over 200 companies and 13,000 collective employees across dozens of industries. Accordingly, the QDC is responsible for maintaining Park infrastructure (i.e., port, rail, and roadway) and several utility systems (i.e., potable water, sanitary sewer, and stormwater) to support its current and future tenants.
