The Position The Water Resources Recovery Operations & Services department is seeking a Construction Engineering Division Manager. This position directs, manages, and coordinates the programs and activities related to the construction of capital improvement projects for water resource recovery facilities/wastewater treatment facilities, sanitary and surface water conveyance systems, and pump stations within Clean Water Services (CWS).  Essential Functions (The essential functions listed below are not intended to reflect all duties that may be assigned to this classification.
