RESPONSIBILITIES Manage Croy’s Transportation Department across all offices, with oversight of scoping, design, schedule, budgets, resources, quality control, and client relations. Serve as a point-of-contact for clients on transportation projects, including project planning, scoping, scheduling, and funding coordination; subcontracting, funding application; and coordination with DOTs. Manage and mentor all team members in Croy’s Transportation Department, as well as oversee all recruitment and retention efforts for the Department. Ensure quality control and assurance measures are maintained across the company. Lead strategic business development efforts targeted at growing Croy’s Transportation Department.
