Position Summary: The director of Performance Excellence provides improvement support by functioning as a project manager, facilitator, consultant, and analyst using Six Sigma methodologies. The Director facilitates the assessment of problems, the compilation and analysis of data, the development of improvement teams, the design and collection of metrics, and the facilitation of improvement efforts and sustained performance.
