Adkins Engineering & Surveying, INC. is looking for a highly motivated civil engineering project manager to join our group of successful professionals in southern Oregon who provide personalized engineering services to communities and clients throughout Southern Oregon and Northern California. We are seeking to hire a project manager who possesses sound engineering and team leadership skills with potential interest in future firm ownership opportunities.

Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience designing water, wastewater, water resources and/or other infrastructure projects for public entities (cities, counties, districts, etc.).
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
Licensed Professional Civil Engineer in Oregon and/or California is preferred.
AutoCAD Civil 3D experience is preferred.
A valid driver’s license with no driving under the influence arrests.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPIERIENCE
Public speaking skills with experience participating in meetings with clients, the public and contractors
Experience in developing and writing planning documents, work agreements and task orders
Project management experience including managing subconsultants
Ability to lead, train and motivate others and contribute to a team environment
