Description This position will lead and produce conceptual design activities for TriMet with respect to corridor and other transit Engineering & Construction projects, primarily in planning, project development and pre-preliminary engineering stages. It will develop and coordinate designs for transit centers, layovers, enhanced transit corridors/Better Bus, Bus Rapid Transit, Light Rail and Streetcar. Manage design and planning tasks for regional high capacity corridor projects in the FTA Capital Investment Grant program, including alternatives analysis, development of Locally Preferred Alternative, conceptual design, cost estimating, project development and risk assessment.
