This position involves highly skilled professional level work in municipal construction and engineering. Requires progressively responsible experience in construction management, civil engineering, ability to perform complex assignments under a minimum of supervision, ability to operate personal computers and utilize contemporary engineering related software, and excellent communication and customer service skills. This position is responsible for preparation of desi
