Atlantic Design Engineers, Inc. is seeking an experienced Civil/Site Project Manager to join our team in Sagamore, Massachusetts. This is a full-time, in-office position offering the opportunity to lead complex and rewarding land development projects in a collaborative, well-established engineering firm.

The ideal candidate holds a Professional Engineer (PE) license and brings 5 or more years of civil site design and project management experience. Candidates who are actively working toward PE licensure will also be considered.

Our firm specializes in land development planning, engineering design, and permitting. Our in-house team includes civil engineers, land surveyors, renewable energy specialists, and support staff.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage civil/site development projects from concept through construction completion
• Prepare and oversee site layout, grading, drainage, stormwater management, and utility design
• Perform stormwater calculations and technical engineering analyses
• Prepare engineering plans, construction documents, and technical reports
• Coordinate and submit local and state permit applications
• Represent projects at public hearings and permitting board meetings
• Coordinate with clients, architects, land surveyors, contractors, and regulatory agencies
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staff

• Professional Engineer (PE) license — Massachusetts preferred; or demonstrated ability to obtain licensure. Candidates who are actively working toward PE licensure will also be considered.
• 5+ years of civil/site design and project management experience
• Experience with land development permitting and state/local regulatory processes
• Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships professionally
